Carr House hosts its 6th annual Howl-o-ween Pet Parade on Saturday October 31, 2026, 2:00-4:00 PM at Carr House (Emily Carr House), 207 Government Street, Victoria. Festive crafts, pet and human treats, activities, and the pet parade and costume contest, with prize baskets donated by sponsor James Bay Vet Clinic. Costume contest categories: Cutest Costume, Spookiest Costume, and Best Duo or Group. Anyone bringing a pet, as an entrant or spectator, is asked to register on the Carr House site; pets must be checked in by 2:30 PM to join the parade and contests, and must be leashed or carried.
