Minoru Halloween Fireworks Festival
Richmond's biggest Halloween celebration turns 40 this year with an 'Alien Invasion' theme at Minoru Park Track on Saturday, October 31, 2026, 6:30–9:15 PM. The stage program starts at 6:35 PM with fire shows, the ShowStoppers music group, a costume contest at 7:40 PM and an acrobat performance, alongside carnival games, food trucks and a huge inflatable spaceship. The night closes with Richmond's biggest fireworks display at 9:00 PM. Admission is free. The City asks visitors to leave pets at home, as fireworks can frighten them.
