The Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret's time-honoured East Vancouver Halloween tradition returns Saturday, October 31, 2026, 7:00-10:00 PM, with the 2026 theme 'Trickster's Treat'. Parades start on the hour at 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 PM at the intersection of Vernon Drive and Napier Street, including the family-friendly Parade of Little Souls at 7:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to join the performance, music and art. The event is free; a $10 suggested donation per person helps keep the parade alive.
