📋 Good to know before you bookPriority order for allocations: City Programming, then Partner Programming, then Corporate Requirements, then Community Rentals; rentals that conflict with City or partner programs/events may not be authorized, and set up and take down is the responsibility of the renter in all multi-use facilities (Conditions of Use & Allocation Guidelines, s. 5). No alcohol may be sold, offered for sale or consumed unless authorized under the Facility Use Agreement and a Special Event Permit has been approved, with Host Liquor Liability coverage evidenced; a City-contracted security person must be on premises during liquor events and no liquor may be served or consumed outdoors. No smoking in facilities except designated areas (not within 3 metres of doorways, windows or air intakes). Damage and non-refundable rental deposits apply. NOTE: the City publishes spaces and capacities but no rental rates in this document — all fees are stated to be as outlined in the Active Living & Culture Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 9609, Schedules B and F, which are not reproduced with figures on the rentals pages checked 2026-10-23; the Recreation FAQ directs renters to kelowna.ca/rentals to submit an enquiry.

How to read this listing. We checked — on the date shown — that this programme is real, publicly listed, and rents the spaces described, using the operator’s own pages. That’s a listing check, not an inspection and not a recommendation: we haven’t attended events there or verified insurance or licences. Prices, capacity and availability come from the operator’s own schedule and can change — confirm directly with the operator before you book or pay anything.
