Use policy — as the operator publishes it
⛔ Key restrictions in the operator’s own policyPer Regulation 650R (Public Use of School Facilities): rental facilities are grouped as gymnasiums (includes auditoriums and theatres); classrooms, cafeterias, libraries and school multi-purpose rooms; Hollywood Road Education Services conference/meeting rooms; and playing fields (any or all parts of the school grounds). All agreements must be signed and paid for before the rental starts and administered through the online rental platform with appropriate insurance provided; all groups except Youth Activities, preschool and after-school care must start after 4:00 p.m.; agreements run July–June and must end by June 30. 'No school buildings shall be used for dances, unless they are school dances sponsored by the school or parent advisory council.' Cannabis consumption, smoking and vaping are not permitted at any time on District property or in District facilities; alcohol is not permitted during school hours or in the presence of students, and may only be served outside school hours with advance permission from the Secretary-Treasurer/CFO, a Special Event Permit and a Serving It Right certificate (a $1,000 security deposit may be required). A school district employee must be on site at all times during after-school rentals. Filming requests require at least 30 days notice to the Rental Department plus a copy of the script for review. Appendix 650A also charges a $10.00 administration fee and $5.00 cancellation fee per rental agreement per school, weekend/after-hours surcharges, and custodial rates; all rates are subject to applicable taxes.

How to read this listing. We checked — on the date shown — that this programme is real, publicly listed, and rents the spaces described, using the operator’s own pages. That’s a listing check, not an inspection and not a recommendation: we haven’t attended events there or verified insurance or licences. Prices, capacity and availability come from the operator’s own schedule and can change — confirm directly with the operator before you book or pay anything.
