⛔ Key restrictions in the operator’s own policySendall Gardens: only the Legacy Gazebo may be reserved, and only for small standing-room-only wedding ceremonies of up to 30 people — picnics and other celebrations are not reservable, no bookings are allowed for any other portion of the park, and large gatherings or events requiring exclusive use of space are not permitted. Alcohol is not permitted and amplified and live music is not permitted at Sendall Gardens; chairs are not permitted on the grass (limited chairs in the Gazebo only); no permit is currently required for photography; requests must be at least 10 days in advance and staff review insurance requirements on confirmation. City Park picnic shelters: liability insurance is required and must be purchased prior to the event; propane BBQs are permitted; food trucks are not permitted; bouncy castles or other structures are not permitted; amplified sound other than a personal speaker is not permitted; reservations cover the picnic shelter only and adjacent park space stays open to the public; requests must be made 5 days in advance; in the off-season shelters are first-come, first-served (Spring 2026 Recreation Guide).
