📋 Good to know before you bookIn accordance with Administrative Procedure 550, the district offers use of school facilities for organized community programs and services. Terms and Conditions (AP 550 Appendix B) require the user to provide and maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with a limit of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence, with evidence in the form of a certificate of insurance prior to use. The user must be at least 19 years old (or the user contact for an entity must be at least 19). Facility rentals are cancelled in the event of an unscheduled school closure, and access during December, March and June may be limited due to school breaks and school-related events. Board and school functions take priority and may require cancellation or rescheduling. School field bookings and Neighbourhood Learning Centres (NLC) Gyms (Richard Bulpitt, Lynn Fripps, & Yorkson Creek Middle) are booked through the Township of Langley, not the district.
