Use policy — as the operator publishes it
⛔ Key restrictions in the operator’s own policyA Public Spaces Permit (Public Spaces Regulation Bylaw No. 6059) is required when a use includes 100 participants or more, and for restricted activities: special events over 100 people, food trucks, selling merchandise, bouncy castles, erecting structures (anything over 10x10 canopies), after-hours use, plants and vegetation, commercial use, research, construction and fireworks, and for bringing liquor, fireworks, motorized toys or drones into a public space. Special event applications must be submitted at least 30 days in advance; all other permit applications at least 14 days in advance. The application fee is $50 ($250 for for-profit events) plus applicable park rental fees, and a security deposit and/or insurance may also be required depending on the activity (security deposits range from $220 for facilities and grass fields, $1,000 for synthetic fields, up to $2,000 for a full stadium rental). Events with liquor or food trucks must provide a Special Event Liquor Permit and a Fraser Health Operating Permit. Fires are not permitted in Township parks; propane barbeques are permitted. Picnic shelter rentals give exclusive access to the shelter for the booking duration; unbooked shelters are first-come, first-served.

That’s a listing check, not an inspection and not a recommendation: we haven’t attended events there or verified insurance or licences. Prices, capacity and availability come from the operator’s own schedule and can change — confirm directly with the operator before you book or pay anything.
