📋 Good to know before you bookCity Hall meeting rooms host arts and cultural events, festivals, celebrations, business meetings, workshops, conferences, receptions, and fundraising events; bookings for political or religious campaigns, events, or meetings are not accepted (City Hall Meeting Room Rentals page). All City Hall bookings require a refundable $200 damage deposit; some bookings require proof of $5 million liability insurance with the City of Surrey as an additional insured (insurance also offered through the rental at additional cost).
