⛔ Key restrictions in the operator’s own policyPassive grass areas and public amenities such as picnic tables cannot be reserved and are first-come, first-served (athletic fields excepted) (Host an Event in a Park page). Events with more than 250 people require a permit via the Community Event Hosting Application; events with 50 or more people, or with special services (food, entertainment, vendors), must notify the City; 50 or fewer with no special services need no notification. Amplification of sound, including microphones, speakers and megaphones, is not permitted in Surrey parks, and smoking (including vaping) and alcohol consumption are not permitted in any Surrey park. Only one 10x10 foot tent is allowed (weights preferred); tents larger than 10x10 feet and external structures such as arbours or staged wedding/photography set-ups are not permitted. Prohibited activities include fundraisers, solicitation, sound and speech amplification, handing out information, and large structures; drones are not permitted. Hired service providers (bouncy castles, catering, food trucks, etc.) must provide $5,000,000 liability insurance naming the City of Surrey as an additional insured, a valid City of Surrey Business License, and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement. Bylaw 15391 rental guidelines: minimum liability coverage is $5,000,000 for most activities, a Special Occasion Liquor Permit is required for bar service, and a Temporary Food Permit from Fraser Health is required for clients serving food at public events.

How to read this listing. We checked — on the date shown — that this programme is real, publicly listed, and rents the spaces described, using the operator’s own pages. That’s a listing check, not an inspection and not a recommendation: we haven’t attended events there or verified insurance or licences. Prices, capacity and availability come from the operator’s own schedule and can change — confirm directly with the operator before you book or pay anything.
