📋 Good to know before you bookCommunity access to VSB facilities for social and special events is supported provided it does not interfere with K–12 programming. Booking priority: School Use (curricular and extra-curricular), VSB programs/services/initiatives, City of Vancouver and Parks Board agreements, then Community Use. All renters must comply with VSB Rules and Regulations, including proof of comprehensive general liability insurance of not less than $5 million naming The Board of Education of School District No. 39 (Vancouver) as additional insured. Non-profit rates require registered non-profit status under the Societies Act (certificate/Society registration number).

How to read this listing. We checked — on the date shown — that this programme is real, publicly listed, and rents the spaces described, using the operator’s own pages. That’s a listing check, not an inspection and not a recommendation: we haven’t attended events there or verified insurance or licences. Prices, capacity and availability come from the operator’s own schedule and can change — confirm directly with the operator before you book or pay anything.
